Clients will have unlimited weekly email access throughout the duration of your offseason/prep based off of the options below. Effective Communication between us is extremely important. I expect that you will be on top of your updates each week and have them taken care of in a timely manner in order to make the needed changes based off of your feedback. Competition Services include:
Check-ins: Are 2-4 times a week based on your progress. If I need to watch things a little closer I will have you check in every 3 days with your weight chart and photos along with your biofeedback.
Cardio Recommendations: Your cardio recommendations will be based off your biofeedback and the type of nutrition plan and training plan you're doing. Low intensity or High intensity or a mixture of both. I always start off new clients with the least amount of cardio to get the most results before adding to your program.
Custom Nutrition: Your diet is based off foods you like that we can fit in your diet to obtain optimal results. If there is a food you that absolutely hate you won't have to consume it. I'm very flexible with what we put into your plan.
Training program: workouts in the gym I will tailor it to your goal to bring you in at your best.
Supplement Protocols: Enhanced supplement recommendations will be given upon request. You will be given optimal dosing to get the best results in the safest manner.
Health Supplements: You will be given recommendations on the best health supplements to use to keep your health a number one priority for the duration of time we’re working together.
Peak Week Programming: Your Peak week with carbs, water, and sodium manipulation will be sent 5-7 days prior to bring you in at your best. You will be updating everyday this week and multiple times a day a few days before and day of your show.
