Box Squat

The box squat is a great way to build your glutes and hamstrings. Set the box up just below parallel. You want to keep your feet wide with your toes slightly pointed out. On the eccentric part of the movement you want to drive your knees outward while sitting back onto the box keep everything tight pause for one second then on the concentric part of the movement you want to drive your knees out and thrust and contract your hips forward.
